How do I qualify for the free surf and turf package?
In order to qualify for the free surf and turf package, you must purchase one (1) 750ml bottle of the promotional pack of The Black Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky and fill out the registration card found inside the pack. The registration card and proof of purchase (original receipt, no copies accepted) must be mailed within 7 days from the date of purchase (date on your receipt). Within 5 business days of receiving your registration card, we will email you a registration confirmation code to include on your booking form. Submit your booking form here.

Your registration card must be mailed within 7 days of receipt and must be postmarked from Texas. Within five (5) days of receipt of your registration card, we will provide you with a unique coupon code to write on your booking form.
Which surf and turf package is the coupon code valid for?
The coupon code is only valid for the Surf and Turf pack consisting of 4-5 oz. Maine Tails and Filets from Lobster Gram.
What is included in the free surf and turf pack?
Your surf and turf package consists of two (2) 4-5 oz fresh-frozen Maine lobster tails, two (2) 6 oz fresh-frozen filet mignon steaks, clarified butter, and an informational packet (includes: preparation instruction and recipe booklet).
How many free surf and turf packages can I receive?
There is a limit of one (1) registration and surf and turf package per customer name and one (1) per customer household can qualify.
When can I expect to receive my free surf and turf package details?
Within 5 business days of receiving your registration card and proof of purchase, we will email you a registration confirmation code that is used to submit your booking form here [link to booking form page]. After submitting your booking form online, you will be emailed a coupon code to use on the Lobster Gram website to order your surf and turf package.
Will I have to pay for anything?
Yes, you are required to pay for the cost of shipping and handling and for any other purchases you decide to make in addition to the Surf and Turf pack consisting of 4-5 oz. Maine Tails and Filets.
How will my food be delivered?
Standard Delivery- Packages sent via this method will arrive in 1-2 days and often arrive the next day. Deliveries arrive to residences by 8:00 pm and to businesses by 5:00 pm. Frozen packages should be scheduled to arrive one day prior to preparation to allow thawing time.
Expedited Overnight- UPS delivers packages by 5:00 pm to commercial areas and by 8:00 pm to residences the next business day after being shipped.
Priority Overnight- UPS usually delivers Priority Overnight packages by noon the next business day after being shipped; however, shipping to remote areas may be as late as 8:00 pm. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-548-3562 for more information. Live lobster delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico; however, we can ship lobster tails and other frozen items. Please call for more information.
Saturday Delivery- is available to most city and suburban areas. Deliveries arrive between 8:00 am and 1:30 pm. Please call Lobster Gram directly to confirm if you are unsure whether your location is serviced.
Ground Delivery- is offered for a few select items and arrives 1-7 days after being shipped. Arrival days are Monday - Saturday.
Sunday and Monday Deliveries- are not available for perishable packages.
Are there any restrictions to the free surf and turf package?
The free surf and turf package is only good for one (1) person and there is a limit of one (1) registration and surf and turf package per customer name and only one (1) per customer household can qualify. Your registration confirmation code, used to submit your booking form online, expires 10 days after you receive it via email. Your Lobster Gram coupon code expires on July 31, 2014. When does my free surf and turf package registration confirmation code expire?
Your registration confirmation code will be valid for 10 days after it is emailed to you.
When does my Lobster Gram coupon code expire?
Your Lobster gram coupon code will expire on July 31, 2014.
Can I give my Lobster Gram coupon code to a friend?
You are free to use your Lobster Gram coupon code as you wish.
