This coupon code entitles the bearer to one (1) Surf and Turf pack consisting of two (2) 4-5 oz. Maine Tails and two (2) Filets from Lobster Gram.
Only one coupon code may be used per customer name/per household.
Your coupon code is required in order to redeem.
Coupon code redemption may not be combined with other coupons or other promotions.
Coupon codes are not redeemable for cash or credit. Coupon codes are not transferable, transferable for sale, resale.
For the purpose of this offer, “Released Parties” includes the Promoter, Rémy Cointreau, Lobster Gram™ , their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents and distributors.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost or stolen coupon codes.
Released Parties cannot accept any liability for personal loss or injury, including food allergies.
Released Parties reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable registration confirmation codes and/or coupon codes and will not issue or replace either codes in any of these events.

This coupon code is issued by the Promoter located at PO Box 961827, Boston, MA 02196, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter’s address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.

Plan Your Delivery Date

Frozen (no live lobster) gift packages need three business days notice prior to delivery. Be aware that frozen packages may arrive a day early. Saturday is also available to many areas for an extra courier charge. Frozen packages will arrive as such and require anywhere from 24-36 hours to thaw. NOTE: Due to state laws we cannot ship lobster tails or claws into the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Non Perishable items require additional notice prior to delivery and they are typically shipped via Ground. Fresh Catch items also have special shipping requirements. Please see our website or call for more detailed information.

Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must ship at the Priority rate and ship Monday-Wednesday to arrive Wednesday through Friday. Live Lobsters shipping to Hawaii require a permit from the Department of Agriculture before the order can be processed.

Important Shipping Information

Send the package to your home, work or anywhere most convenient for you! (Sorry no PO Boxes)

The courier may leave the package at the door if no one is home and the driver feels it is a safe location. Recipients in multi-unit buildings and urban neighborhoods should be home in case the driver needs a signature. Deliveries to businesses will require a signature. Gift Certificates sent via US MAIL, will not require a signature.

If your package contains live Maine lobsters, clams or mussels, you should plan to prepare them on the day they arrive. Any other perishable gift package is always best consumed as soon as possible after delivery.

Please allow at least two weeks advance notice prior to Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day. Delivery availability can be affected by extreme weather conditions throughout the country.
